About Dave Clotfelter

In August 2009, at least 6 doctors predicted that Dave would not make it to September. I looked at him and asked if he was going to die and with a childlike spark in his eye he said: "I wasn't planning on it." It was then that we turned to personal research and knowledge of dear friends which enabled us to control his diet as well as what the doctors were recommending. Currently Dave is 50 lbs heavier and still plowing through life one air conditioner at a time at Optimum Air.

Although he is pretty much a walking miracle, Dave will have to continue his treatments throughout his life. His Chemo treatments as well as his monthly shots each run an average of $4,000 - $5,ooo.oo and his insurance is canceling due to premium caps. The minimums which the doctors are asking in order to treat him are simply much more than he can afford.
